Orlando Metro re-affirmed its domination of the
sport of gymnastics in Florida by sweeping the level 8, 9 and 10
titles at the
USAG
Florida 2005 State Championships in Tallahassee. For the level
10 team, this year marked its 4th straight state title. In
addition, Leah Wilson,
Emily Reichert, Jade Wiggins,
Kailee
Kovacs, Jenna Courtney, Sarah Mackey,
Talita Norberto, and Amanda
Castillo each earned individual all-around state champion titles.
Congratulations to all of the girls who worked
so hard this season, and good luck at the upcoming Regional
competition!
