For the third year in a row, the Orlando Metro Gymnastics coaching staff has qualified more Level 10 gymnasts to Nationals than any other club in the USA. In addition, both the Level 9 and Level 10 teams have won back-to-back state championships in 2003 and 2004, with the Level 8 team joining them in 2004 with its own state championship. The Level 10 team has not been defeated in any meet in over two years. Along with their team titles, gymnasts at Orlando Metro Gymnastics have earned state, regional and national titles on every event at every level.

The Orlando Metro Gymnastics coaching staff also has three USA International Team Members traveling the globe representing the USA, as well as National Level 10 Team Members. Orlando Metro Gymnastics has had numerous National TOP Team Members, showing the coaching staff's commitment to the development of well-rounded gymnasts from an early age.

The Men's program has been quickly gaining prominence. It has a Future Stars National Team Member that is a 2-time undefeated Class 5 state and regional champion, and the Class 3 and 4 teams finished 2nd place in the state championships in 2004.
