Orlando Metro Gymnastics offers a Free Practice Hour for registered
students 3-18 yrs old. This is a structured hour with the
coaches working
with the students.

Friday 5:30-6:25 Ages 5 & Up
Wednesday 6:30-7:25 Ages 5 & Up
* We have openings for 8 Only-Tiny Tots/Tots to
participate in the 5:30pm Practice Hour. This is to
accommodate working parents. Please do not sign up for the
5:30 time if you can make the 4:30 time.
Waterford Lakes
Monday 6:30-7:35 Ages 5 & Up
Friday 3:30-4:25 Ages 3 & Up
Friday 5:30-6:25 Ages 3 & Up

MUST SIGN UP FOR THE PRACTICE HOUR IN THE FRONT OFFICE. IF
YOU DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE PRACTICE HOUR YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO
PARTICIPATE IF THE PRACTICE HOUR IS FULL FROM STUDENTS THAT HAVE
ALREADY SIGNED UP.
THE
PRACTICE HOUR IS OPEN TO ONLY REGISTERED STUDENTS 3-18 YRS
OLD. THE
PRACTICE HOUR MAY NOT BE USED AS A TRIAL CLASS.
